Like I suggested and ask them to contact you if there is a problem and that you will do everything possible to resolve it...they will not burn you...just do something at that point.
I might do a thing about problem resolution. I have had very to few to resolve as a seller but I have had many as a buyer...poor packing...misrepresentation..etc. It can be a touchy subject.
I agree you can pick up some unjustified negatives but not very often...
