Some good guidelines, but I personaly never leave feedback first unless I am the buyer. I have had people leave a neutral or negative without warning. They won't even email and ask to have their problem fixed, they go right to the feedback. If someone were to leave me a negative and I felt it was not fair, I would like to be able to give them one back. You can't do this if you leave feedback first.
