3rd Issue $25 Horseshoe Club Binion's chip question: Campiglia's Guide has this orange, arodie, 3blk chip as an R-9. but TCR # seems to be V6397, with a value of H listed. Any explanation for this wide discrepancy, or is there an error here. Thanks for any insight.
