I paid $300+ in a private sale with a prominent club member a couple of years ago for the $5. Would of thought he didn't know the provenance of the chip except a couple of weeks later he offered me the $1 for $300+. Lucky for me I was short of $ at the time, or would've bought it as well. I have since stopped dealing with this guy, even though I spent thousands on chips and dice with him over the years.
