Rules changed a few days short of 12 months ago. Its just that they havnt noticed yours before.

When you sell to the far east you get plenty sellers wanting to pay with Diners Club or AMEX. If I use my terminal it costs me 6% (vs 2.5% for any other card). Via paypal its the same rate as any other payment.

As a merchant I can send a paypal invoice that anyone can pay without even having to sign up for paypal. Also, I use their shopping cart as its fully customisable, free of charge, and I dont even have to host anything myself.
