I really don't understand why folks don't automate such tasks to be done daily. I run a complete backup, disk cleaner, virus and spyware removers, disk defrag, virus check, etc all in the middle of the night and start each day knowing it's all been done.

The task scheduler in Win XP must be the most useful and least used utility included with the OS.
