Non-members, just like the public-at-large are welcome to attend the CCGTCC, Inc. Convention during regular show days. This means Thursday, Friday and Saturday only, and then only on the bourse floor.
There is an admission charge each day (but there is talk of a multi-day fee).
Generally speaking, show hours are from 10 until 4 or 5 and there will be about 100 vendors selling merchandise. The Club itself also has several tables on the floor to take new memberships, display the educational Exhibits and sell logo items.
What you don't get to do as a non-member is pre-register for attending. This means you miss out on a pretty good freebie!! Handouts!
You cannot attend the Early-Bird Banquet, which is used to thank volunteers, recognize member achievements, announce the OTY winners and includes a Key-Note Speaker.
We also do educational seminars, a poker and blackjack tournaments, trade sessions, and an auction, all of which are only available to members.
Membership by-the-way is only $20!
I hope this answers your question and if I have made a mistatement, I am sure that the Membership Officer (Ralph Myers) will be alone to correct me, or even the Convention Co-Chair (Jim Steffner). But basically, the foregoing is correct.
