Yes, Tahoe Biltmore DID have them. HOWEVER.....that was about 127 years ago. If I recall, they were an orange plastic chip. I stayed at the Tahoe Biltmore for a few nights the last week of October. I talked to the cage manager about the win card chips, because I need this one too. I was hoping there'd be at least one sitting in the bottom of the drawer or something.

As for the Silver Club, I visitied them on November 1st. I was informed that they had just packed up all of the win card chips the day before, and they were being picked up later that day. As best I could try, there was no talking them out of any. They were inventoried and boxed up. Crystal Bay (right across the street from Tahoe Biltmore) told me they hadn't had them in a long time.
