You were told incorrectly. It is Madonna.

American Superstars was a production of celebrity impersonators at the Flamingo Hilton in Reno. I made the mistake once of buying a ticket and seeing it. There was a Madonna impersonator in the show; there was no Marilyn impersonator. The description in The Chip Rack of this being a Madonna chip is accurate.
