My clients have scales also, and the police call them Drug paraphernalia. They also give me a hard time when I get chips that are in real little baggies, because they can be drug paraphernalia.

I'd hate to see you weighing your chips, and putting them in a a little baggie, and sipping a coke. I have a police report right here where they raided a home, where they found a scale, baggies and a couple of ounces of coke.
