If this casino showed little or no action from this high denom. token, then it caused a constant Serria (soft Count), and cage problem. That is, they had to have enough cash to cover those plaques. So the management, keep the lower denoms, and cancelled this plaque. It does happen.
*Organizing Q: Did this casino remove all of that series from play? Or just that one.

The French plaque shown is 2 of 20 that were not cancelled? Is French gaming as regulated as other countries?

I don't understand why a small drill hole, would not be acceptable. Hell they may as well cut the thing in half. What a shame, nice plaque.
