I try (when I am able) to have my auctions end during early evening hours West Coast time to give an opportunity for the snipe bidders on BOTH coasts to put in their final bids.

Generally speaking; last minute snipers are unable to submit bids while they are busy at work during the day, unless they have sniper software programs on their PC's at home to do it for them.
