A slot machine token I believe. Made of nickel (I think), 21mm diameter. Ain't it cool! Saw this token in a binder at a coin show in '04. Kicked myself for not picking it up or remembering to get the dealer's business card. Went to another show last month and the same dealer was there. She still had the token! Not for sale or trade... this one's a keeper!
