I don't know what your budget is but IMO Dell is the way to go. Don't know if they have the best product but they are second to none in support. I am assuming you do not have a flat screen now. Go with at least a 17" you will not be sorry. If you are not using Hi-speed internet service you will want to upgrade that as well. If you don't it will be like driving a Ferrari at 40mph.
