If the name your posting "Jane Voller R5769 (Ohio)" Is not EXACTALLY as it was when you made the profile(capitals,spaces,ect..) it wont let ya change it it will say "create profile". If the posted name is exactly the same then you can change the profile and where it said create profile it will now say "edit profile". It took me a while to figure it out.Greg can also delete the profile and you can start over.He did that for me before. Hope this helps -Von
