IMHO, being that they are current and common, I'd place a value of about $2.00 each retail for the ones showing slight wear. The mint ones I'd value at $2.50. The scan doesn't really show much wear on the dirty chips. In fact, they don't really look that dirty to me.

I'm one of those chippers that is eager to clean chips. I have no doubt with a some mild dish soap and a little brush, the dirty chips will look identical to the others.
