One is from the Four Queens released in 1999 in $5 and $25 denominations and not long after Oscar had Paul-Son make up personal ones. I haven't seen any of the latter yet though I did have a chance to speak to his honor a couple of years ago on the phone and I meant to ask about bumming one of the Happiest Mayors chips.
