I agree on that if you have to have somebody sign for it, its doubtful it would come up missing.

Chips are differnet in what I ship overseas. Lottery tickets I can replace if lost or stolen but if you don't pay alot to ship them they take forever to get where they are going.

Its the same here in the US, for example (I won't bore you too much on these lottery tickets) I sent too the New Mexico Lottery for Sample voids. They say they sent them (I never got them). All I sent them was a SASE back to me. So who knows what happened to my package. One would think a Postal employee seeing your getting something from a Lottery and taking it. What they don't know is all the tickets either say Sample or Void on them. In other words they are all Losers. What are good for, collecting only.
