Well yesterday i was against Jim for his approach because the only information I had about that approach was Josh's staement that he was being sued.

I would be against Jim suing Josh today as well, but it appears that was a figment of Josh's imagination.

I agree that Jim should not know expect to receive those chips, but now josh has no excuse when somebody who is not as experienced and knowledgable as Jim finds that he did not get all the chips pictured below.
