"Regarding the points in your posts yesterday:

You already state you know Josh's response, "you or I dont get fooled" and "Jim certainly knew what was going on" "
Its a BS response. The point is that Josh's ads are misleading as opposed to outright lies. They are set to mislead unknowledge people but if he gets caught he he points somewhere else.
"you are yourself guilty of distorting the truth with your clip "REAL LAS VEGAS CASINO CHIPS" from his subtitle. You omitted the fact that was a prefix to his telephone number and not part of the advert."
See thats compelte BS, just becauase it appears on the same line as his phone number doesn't mean its a prefix to the phone # as opposed to a subtitle. It is designed to mislead.
Hey look at this auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6239870327&ssPageName=MERC_VI_RSCC_Pr4_PcY_BIN_Stores_IT
In this auction he also uses the subtitle (in this case it is accurate) But he doesn't have the phone number, so is the uninititaed to know that if their is a phone number the words before it are just a desscription of other items he sells, but if their is no phone number the description applies to the item listed in that ad?
