Under the advisement of several individuals, whom I respect greatly, I am making this post.

I had initially intended to not respond to any statement (pro or con) should my actions become presented on this fine forum. However, the advice given says that a lack of response gives the appearance of avoidance and even credibility to the conjecture and assumptions being levied.

At the same time, I am advised that no post should be made until 24 hours have elapsed, thereby giving time to reply matter of factly, rather than emotionally.

Although I make a post here, please understand that I will not be debating anything here. I will respond to emails, as best I can, but I will not debate publicly on this BBS.

I have never, ever, used the words "sue" or "suit" (expressly or even conceptually) in all my dealings with "apachepokerchips" (Josh Shore) and to be perfectly clear on this, I have not and do not intend to bring suit against Josh Shore.

It is only Josh Shore that has raised this issue and if you read his post carefully, he has not even stated that I was going to sue him, or bring suit against him.

I believe that Josh's craftly worded post was intended to solicit such an impression and for each reader that was willing to believe, I would have to believe that Josh is laughing at you!

And just as you were deceived into believing that I was suing Josh, I content that some of Josh's eBay offerings have the same effect on other people, i.e., to believe something that is not valid, and that is what I take true exception to!

Go back and re-read Josh's post. It is misleading and even false, especially the part about me being a Club Officer (of the , Inc.). And when pointed out that I was not a Club Officer, Josh fails to recend or correct the post and simply leaves it there.

To clarify, yes, I do hold an Appointed position within the Club (actually two) however my situation with Josh is outside of that. It is simply as a fellow Club member, and it is I that has to wonder how a fellow Club member can act in the manner that Josh Shore has been acting.

Do I have a 'beef' with Josh? Sure I do, but I am trying to take the high road and not conduct it publicly. Towards that end, I have taken several steps to resolve the issues, and those activities are on-going.

For those who have indicated their support, I thank you. For those of you who have indicated otherwise, I wish you no ill-will.

In summation, Josh Shore has lead many here astray about me bringing suit against him and I defy him to present anything (legitimate of course) to the contrary.

Perhaps we should all keep that in mind for any possible future post(s) that Josh Shore may wish to present to us.
