Dale Seymour's book is the only one that trys to to be a comprehensive list of antique poker chips, including so called "crest and seals". Kreg Herz' book on the US Playing card chips is very useful for just that maker's chips.
Mr Crest and Seal of course, posts frequently on this bb and has an absolutely indespensible web site. I imagine Rich will respond to your post as well.
Finally, Robert Eisenstadt knows as much as anyone alive about old poker chips of all kinds. He also has a great web site with lots of history and pictures. He is the first one who tried to educate me on old poker chips, and I believe is the one who formalized the term "crest and seal" with specific requirements to differentiate them from other types of construction.
