Even a novice like me knows what you intended (to show the bottom row with H mold on older chips, not included in the top row of chips.) you did nothing deceptive although you could have make it more clear.

Jim certainly knows better and has carried this to extremes. Besides, Item 9 of the club's code of ethics clearly states that a member may not take advantage of another due to superior knowledge. For Jim to try and sue you for the stated auction When he knows you can not buy all the chips shown on the page for $12.99 is at the very least poor judgement and at the worst is conduct below what is expected of a Club official.
