I want a set of poker chips for home use. I don't get what's going on on ebay - they have sets of 500 for sale for $10? How can that be? Am I not reading carefully or or what?

I just looked up and found a store with 15000 feedbacks and they're selling a case and 500 chips for under $10 ? ? ?
