I really couldn't tell you. Turning Stone has been there since 1993 (I've been there 4 times) since they opened.

I found these on the the Wheel of Fortune machines but don't find the Turning Stone Casino Diamond Card anywhere. Of course Turning Stone has such an odd system to use their cards (put money into your account and use the card) at any machine but the Multi Slot Games. You have to use the Cards I pictured in my original post to play.
