There will probably be better suggestions, but of the top of my head...

If you were to buy a cabinet with drawers, like one that holds flat drawings or maps, you could buy only the frame inserts. The inserts are made as small as to hold 10 chips to ones that will hold 100. I know Tiny Treasures and C.T. Rogers sell this type of insert.
