Aaron; Are you referring to my New Issues Service chip? If so, they were primarily designed for complimentary distribution to my subscribers only. I have traded a few for other personal chips with those who have requested one, but I don't have enough personal chips left over for everybody who has requested one who does not have one of theirs to trade.

As for the drug issue; I've seen my share of drug abuse from personal experience when I worked the bad areas of Asbury Park where a good samaritan friend of mine, Joe Amison, was killed for his money by a drug addict he befriended ... and a telephone repairman co-worker was shot in an alley in Lakewood, NJ by a druggie who thought he heard some change drop, when it was only metal fasteners the repairman was using to fasten wires to the side of the buiding.

Life means nothing to some of these out-of-control animals and I don't think much of the legal system that lets them off the hook because of the feel-good lawyers who represent them.
