Let's have REAL penalties for those who refuse to take responsibility for their own actions..

With all the crying over the losses in IRAQ.... each year drunk and impaired drivers KILL more than 30,000 people in this country and NOBODY seems to give a damn.... to put this in some perspective, we lost about 50,000 lives in 10 YEARS of Vietnam.

Seems we don't really mind Americans (including children) being slaughtered as long as it is being done by other Americans.
