I don't know for sure,but suspect you buy and sell chips. I specifically stated "NO DEALERS". Although you may not be a dealer, you're also not a "collector" as per my definition.

I have an offer from a "collector" and I know when I see him five years from now, he will still have the chip. I'd bet on it !!
