There is a $100 SilverBird chip which was given out by the owner, Major Riddle, to VIPS, in bolo ties, belt buckles etc. Almost all examples of this chip are now found 'loose'. My guess is many were removed at the time to be cashed a lot of the chips have fractionally shaved edges where they were made to fit the 'holder'.
