To all the people who are better in the know than I:

I pose the following question.

In light of the difficulty that some of us have when harvesting small amounts of new releases, etc., how is it possible for someone to be offering up on an entire poker set of BRAND NEW WYNN chips? How is it possible for someone to be selling BRAND NEW 100 of the Stardust $1 coin center chips? What do they do, bribe the cashiers?
