You can do anthing that you want, but if you are a club member it will be frowned upon by most members and the Board of Directors. Adding to or changing a casino chip is unethical. Sometime in the future, another collector is going to get burned. If you want funny chips, have your own chips made. Don't alter current or obsolete casino chips.
