I dont see what you are indicating but do see a couple of issues. You seem to be using a marquee based in javascript code. This may be part of your problem.

I've been able to load it in IE with no problem and see the marquee going over the title image. I've also noticed that the code looks specifically for either IE or Netscape - bad news if you want it to show up on Firefox, Opera, Safari, or any other non-IE browser. I try to avoid being browser centric and use W3 standard HTML/DHTML if at all possible.
