I have no idea. That's why the entire issue of Copyright, Fair Use,Intellectual Properties and the internet is a gray area. For every person that has one opinion you will find another with the opposite opinion. Sadly, it seems whatever anyone does it's OK. I worry more about the predators that lurk on the internet (regarding children) and unwanted email than I do about ruffling someone's feathers over images.
