The chips from 2004 were not put out by the Hilton and were no value chips chips. I seem to remember someone posting that, at the time, the Hilton was doing the changeover from PPE to Colony and they didnt get permission (or permission in time).

The first year also came in a plaque. I've got it around here somewhere.
