Wayne, I too was a part of the Paypal class action, Got the same amount. for a different reason though. Paypal removed almost $1000 from my bank account on an authorized transaction, even though they thought it was a bogus transaction and did not release funds to the individual involved, it took two weeks before they put the funds back in my bank account. WILL NOT USE PAYPAL EVERY AGAIN. Also I know Vic and had personnally traded with him before Jan 04. I guess you have no problem with him when trade is done in person. I also was part of the board that denied him continue membership in the Deep South Club. I just couldn't believe he would refuse to settle his transaction that had gone bad in the round robin. We're talking about only $15 for six chips.
