I think the point I was trying to make was that I didn't notice the repair until I scanned it and even tho it was a cheap chip I wasn't happy to find it. I do believe someone repaired it.

I was trying to say imagine if it was a good chip and found out later it was repaired how mad I would be. There is no room in this hobby for repaired chips period. Barry
