He has spent 1 week a month in my Keno lounge for over 3 years. The last time was over two months ago. His wife was not well the last time he was in. I have asked him many a question. He had the answer on the back of an old keno ticket in his shirt pocket every time. It was amazing how many keno tickets would fit in that pocket and still leave room for a pack of smokes. If you have a question on NV chips, Harvey knows the answer or can produce a keno ticket with the answer. After producing the ticket he always says, "Oh yes, now I remember"
