It really does not matter if you choose, or are asked by any state’s Gaming Regulatory Agency, to offer information about chip collecting, or you club affiliation. Your club should, and have advised you not to involve a “Gaming Police Agency” into your club. This is a mistake.
It should be a requirement for your membership to read the “Hobby Act”, and the “1950’s LB Johnson Act. This may help you to post appropriately on the “Chip Boards” URL.
