Why would you want to be asking the Nevada Gaming Control Board ANY questions? Some members of the 
board & Tyrus Mulkey met with them a while back & they were not too receptive from what I remember. Chip collectors are not people they are too fond of. All you would be doing as far as I'm concerned is causing problems that chip collectors don't need. The NGCB does not care for chip collectors & has made that known. Andy - Las Vegas
