Yes, they are poker chips. I bought a box of 100 of them in 1993. Very nice, I always liked them. I gave them away as freebies over the years. Have 17 dupes left. They are plastic -- three layers, with a grain (celluloid?). Send me a stamped self-addressed envelope, and I'll send you one for free.
