Phyllis alerted me via email . I have not been monitoring much lately or reading much of the board .

I pay extra for this service and getting help on the weekends or evenings is almost impossible. I had a heck of a time just getting to the "login" to get to support. This morning I tried to get to support again and got an error message.

This is what they sent me. I may drop them and try the one my server provides if this keeps up.

I have been unable to duplicate the error you have reported. I was able to successfully login to the room as you, gojuliebrown, using the login form on your site, the login link, and the administrative chat room entrance in your Chat Room Manager.

Please provide us with the username and password you were using that gave you problems. Include any additional information about how you were logging in that might be relevant to the situation and would make it possible to duplicate the error. A chat programmer can then take a look at the problem in the morning and let you know what is behind the error.
