It's not per say the Casino, it 's the people. I was in Reno last year and went to Reno Hilton, as soon as i walked in I stopped at a cage and asked for L.E.'s. The response was "Too busy right now try tomorrow". There were 3 people just sitting there talking. I went to play & came back 1:15 minutes later, ALL 3 were still sitting there talking. I went back the next morning and asked the day shift.NO PROBLEN, got all I wanted. I then asked for the cage manager, & told her about the night before. She had appoligized & will look into it, she knew who it was & it's not suppose to work like that. I had left the cashier $10.00 for the digging she had to do & was very pleasant about it!
