Hi,
I will get plaques from the Kalahari Sands Casino in Windhoek/Namibia soon. Let me know if you want one of the black $100 plaques. I sell them for US$30 each.
Regarding Makasa plaques from Zimbabwe, I do not have any for sale. I have been at the casino recently, but they did not want to give me smaller denominations, as they do not have many left. The plaques are still in use, but due to the hyperinflation in Zimbabwe, they are now sold at 100x face value, i.e. the $5,000 plaque costs 500,000 Zimbabwe-Dollars, the $10,000 plaque costs Z$1m, and the $25,000 plaque is Z$2.5m. At the beginning of last year, they were still sold at face value, but since that time, the minimum bet at the tables has also increased 100-fold. So, while the value of the plaques has remained unchanged in terms of how many bets they will buy, the paper currency has lost 99% of its value.
