Just because you are paranoid, it doesn't mean they aren't out to get you?

I have used Hammersnipe which offers three free snipes, a week, at 10 seconds before the auction ends.

Now the pay sites and even Hammersnipe, offer the pay users a closer time to the end. Yup it's down to a few seconds.

The idea is that now and then I may actually care enough to use the snipe tools, and at 3 a week, I've never used up my limit.

Nice way to try it and see how it works.

If you are outbid, before the snipe goes in, it sends a message that your bid was lower than the highest bid. If you win, it sends a reminder notice.

Remember the price is right... FREE! They haven't bombed me with spam or even sent a stack of messages asking if I want to sign up. Nice folks and it works.
