I know this is probably an old topic for board members but it is a New Problem for me. I sold a chip on eBay. Antique poker chip for $9. Just heard from purchaser that it arrived in 3 pieces. No insurance. How do you resolve it? I do not have another equal chip. My inclination is to offer to split the cost and refund $4.50. What is your opinion? Thanks. Doug
