Obviously, D.P. likes them. For my money the second bullet of the description says it all: "5 heavyweight die cast chromed dice with caesars log {sic} engraved in the dice".
If you like them, buy them. If its an investment you are looking for, I think the seller is already looking at the investment proceeds!
