Try being a Lottery Collector and asking for Sample Voids from Florida. I got the same reponse but if you wanted to buy them on eBay from a retailer in Florida (thats another thing).

You fella's do remember the Elvis Set of 4 you had afew years ago. Your Florida Lottery wouldn't send any to us Collectors, I bought all mine on eBay.

And if you wanted to sell a "Live" current lottery ticket on eBay it is prohibited. Most Lotteries watch eBay to see if any of there tickets are being sold for profit.
