These chips are from the Casablanca Casino Poker Room within the Wyndham, Aruba. I seriously considered trying to sell them for half price at the airport on my way out of the country. These are NCV Tournament chips although you would have NO WAY of knowing that since they say neither non-negotiable nor no cash value.
I don't think these chips would pass gaming regulations in the states

As a side note, there are no game plaques stating the limits/rake/anything. From what I could tell, the poker games at the Wyndham were basically snatch games as the rake varied widely, was huge, and was dropped immediately and not set on the rake slide until the hand was over.

***In case anyone is wondering, I did NOT "harvest" these chips. I developed a rapport with one of the poker supervisors who by the end of the week decided that I "needed" these for my collection.***
