word.
2112 was my favorite album for many many years.
It was tough to pick a favorite Pink Floyd album, but I have determined it was a tie between Wish You Were Here and Animals (With Meddle comming in a close third)
Beatles was another tough choice and I had to go with Revolver on the earlier stuff and Abbey Road on the later stuff (Although Yellow Submarine and Sgt Peppers are also classics in my book)
Yes - Hands down my faborite album from them is Fragile, no question
Stevie Ray Vaughn - They are all great, but I think his version of Little Wing may even be better than the original, a truly classic blues sound that unfortunately was extinguished way too soon.
Jimi, what can I say, they are all classics. Tough choice for Electric Ladyland and Axis as my favorites
The Who - Hmmm, Meaty Beaty Big and Bouncy definately covers all the older classics with Who Are You and Whos next also being some of my favorites.
Some of My Favorites I also never mentioned:
Led Zeppelin, Jeff Beck & ZZ Top on The Rock End
Al DiMeola & Stanley Jorden & Michael Franks When we are talking Jazz
Billy Joel, James Taylor & Elton John on the lighter end
And Lets not forget the true classics, Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole
Not sure what caused the walk down memory lane as I am sober now, but it was fun...
Take care and see yall at the Splash '06
